The steps we take when we receive your DPF filter

1. We carry out a physical inspection of your filter using a specialized camera for physical damage - if it is damaged we advise you and provide images of the damaged area.

2. If the filter does not appear to be physically damaged we fit your filter to the latest technology specialized DPF cleaning machine to carry out a back pressure and internal damage test. We provide you with the computer image of the result.

3. If it passes this test then we pre clean your DPF using special DPF cleaning solution then install your DPF on our DPF cyclone action cleaning machine.

4. The machine automatically cleans your DPF using cyclonic action and once the cleaning is completed the machine with run a pressure test on your DPF

5.  If it passes then we take photo images of your DPF surface areas.

6. We notify you that your DPF is ready for collection.
