The steps we take when we receive your DPF filter for cleaning

In order to make sure that your DPF is going to be serviceable in the future we carry out multiple test from the time we receive until it is ready for collection.

If it doesn't pass at any stage of our procedure, only a  percentage of our final cleaning fee is  payable for the steps completed.

1. We carry out a physical inspection of your filter using a specialized camera for physical damage - if it is damaged we advise you and provide images of the damaged area.

2. If the filter does not appear to be physically damaged we fit your filter to the latest technology specialized DPF cleaning machine to carry out a back pressure and internal damage test. We provide you with the computer image of the result.

3. If it passes this test then we pre-clean your DPF using special DPF cleaning solution then install your DPF on our latest technology DPF cyclone action cleaning machine.

4. The machine automatically cleans your DPF using cyclonic action and once the cleaning is completed the machine with run a pressure test on your DPF

5.  If it passes then we take photo images of your DPF surface areas and provide you with the air flow test result tested by our machine.

6. We then notify you that your DPF is ready for collection.
